Property Management, residential Homes, Townhomes for Houston, West Houston and Sugar Land.

Professional management all the time!!!

Both cloptonrealty and Landmark Properties provide professional property management services. We locate and screen potential tenants for credit history, criminal background and references. We also manage all other details related to your property.

If you are a property owner or broker with a tenant problem, call us for a free consultation. After discussing your situation, we can provide suggested solutions. Often a simple phone call from a third party is all that is necessary to fix the problem.

For more serious problems, such as evictions, consider letting our company handle the stress for you. Typically, we file for a forcible detainer and judgement suit after the third day notice of eviction has been served. This service is normally performed the same day you give us authorization.

'Work' to Solve Hurdles Peacefully, Professionally
Tampa Tribune (12/06/98) P. 22 (Gang, Nena)

Nena Gang, executive vice president of the Bay Area Apartment Association in California, states that living in apartment community can be a fun and exciting time in a person's life, but only if they learn how to get along with their close neighbors and property management. She writes, "Your relationship with the owners, management company, and on-site staff should first and foremost be professional, based on mutual respect. ... The best way to get along with the management is to understand and obey the terms of the lease agreement and the community's policies and procedures." She goes on to point out that no one likes to hear such harsh statements as "Who do you have to know to get something fixed around here" or "I pay your paycheck" when dealing with a maintenance problem. In addition, tenants should always remember that honesty is the best policy, even when dealing with such delicate matters as breaking a lease.
